Join artist Chris Reid and AGSM curator Lucie Lederhendler via the gallery’s Facebook page,Twitter, or YouTube pages for a tour of the exhibition Nothing Smells in Absolute Zero.
They will discuss their own experiences building the exhibition--Reid over several years and Lederhendler over a few weeks. The audience will learn how both the artist and the curator use their art practice as a form of research, and what inspired this new direction in Reid’s work. Although this series is rooted in a very real world, it tells its story in an ambiguous vocabulary of symbolism and opposites. We invite you to join us in the deciphering of it.
