This is My Story is an exhibition of artwork by inmates currently in Manitoba’s youth and adult correctional facilities. Each year, the prison chaplaincy services of Manitoba organize an art competition for the inmates and this year received 41 entries. Artists explored themes on personal narrative, resilience and spirituality.
On August 27th, a tour and community discussion will be held in the Community Gallery led by Bernie Mullins, Coordinator of Chaplains at the Government of Manitoba.
The exhibition is produced by the Manitoba Multifaith Council and Knox United Church in Brandon, Manitoba.
