This class is for those interested in the creative clay process of hand building.
Open to all levels from beginner to advanced, students will explore methods and rules for working and constructing with clay.
Building techniques such as coiling, slab, and pinch will be explored, along with an introduction to working with hump and slump molds.
Clay preparation, slips, glazes, and a brief introduction to electric kiln firing will be presented.
