Artist supporters have access to discounted tickets to the event and will receive a donation receipt for the final sale amount of your work. The theme this year is Minimalism versus Maximalism, thinking about the choices artists must make between reserved elegance and giddy exuberance–between not finished and overly-done. Positioned right at the optimistic cusp of spring, we’re inspired by April showers and what they might bring. A new twist this year is a plan to host an online auction for two weeks leading up to the main event! Our hope is to reach a larger bidding audience and expand the impact for involved artists. Of course, the Auction, battle, and Gala Dinner is still the main event.
Because of this addition to the event programming, our schedule for artwork delivery is accelerated this year. If you are willing to donate and would like the option of being included in the online auction, we ask that your work be delivered by Friday, April 10. If this delivery date is not possible for you but you would still like to donate, please let either of us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
