We are pleased to invite you to the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba’s Annual General Meeting.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
When – Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 6:30 pm
Where – Art Gallery of Southwestern MB, located within the Town Centre, 710 Rosser Avenue, Unit 2, Brandon, MB
Members of our organization are welcome to attend and participate in the following agenda items:
- Voting on the 2022/23 Directors
- Voting on the 2022/23 auditor
- Meet and greet with key staff;
Copies of the 2021-2022 Financial Statements, audited and accepted by the Board in accordance with our Bylaws, will be available and presented at the meeting.
Not a member or need to renew? – If your membership has lapsed, you can simply sign up at the Gallery or at the meeting. Memberships come with a range of benefits.
Can’t make it? Vote by proxy! – A ‘proxy authorization’ letter allows you to delegate your vote to another participant. Don’t know anyone who’s attending? Connect with us and we’ll ensure you have a proxy.
Join the Board of Directors! – Our preference is to assist and educate potential new Directors, so please reach out to us in advance of the meeting if you’re interested.
If you would like to submit your nomination, send your letter of interest to Alysha Farrell prior to October 4, 2022 by noon.
