This intermediate painting class will explore the world of les fauves the term coined by art critic Louis Vauxcelles in Paris in 1905. Students will explore this emotional painting movement through exploration of colour, fierce brush work, and expressive paint application. This class is a great opportunity to explore and build on ones painting style and knowledge.
