Intro to Audio (16yrs+)

This lecture- and demonstration-based class will provide an introduction into the equipment, softwares, processes, workflows, terminology and basic technical concepts involved in audio and sound production. An overview of both the sound acquisition / production and post production processes will be provided, including a review of sound recorders, microphones, and accessories, as well as the workflows associated with digital editing, outputs and digital file management.

LEVEL: Beginner (no experience required)
