Throwing I - Pottery Wheel Basics for Beginners

If you’re interested in learning how to work on a potter’s wheel, this is the course for you. This introductory class will explore the process of wheel throwing and various applications in creating simple forms on the wheel. Students will be taken through the step-by-step process, starting with wedging clay, centering and throwing forms, to glazing and firing their work.
